3. Investor Services Cell of Stock Exchange and Depository

Investor Services Cell: caters to the needs of investors by resolving queries, addressing complaints, and providing an Arbitration mechanism for quasi-judicial settlement of disputes.
Grievance Redressal: The Stock Exchanges have mechanisms such as Investor Grievance Resolution Panel (IGRP) at NSE and Investor Grievance Redressal Committee (IGRC) at BSE Ltd and MSE to facilitate the redressal of investor grievances.
Investor Service Centers: These are regional centers spread across the country, established by the Exchanges to provide convenience to investors in redressing their grievances. The lists of these centers are available on the websites of the respective Exchanges.
