SEBI has given the green light to six companies to launch IPOs within the next year, opening new investment opportunities for retail investors.
Companies Approved
1. Executive Centre India
- Issue size: ₹2,600 crore fresh equity.
- Proceeds will be used to invest in its subsidiary TEC Abu Dhabi and help buy TEC SGP and TEC Dubai.
- Revenue grew 27.6% to ₹1,346.40 crore in FY2025, with EBITDA rising to ₹713.33 crore.
2. OnEMI Technology Solutions (Kissht)
- Up to ₹1,000 crore fresh issue plus an offer for sale of about 8.9 million shares.
- May place up to ₹200 crore before the IPO, which could reduce the fresh issue size.
- Runs the digital lending app Kissht, offering quick personal and business loans.
3. Alcobrew Distilleries
- Seeking up to ₹258.26 crore through a fresh issue and an offer for sale of 1.8 million promoter shares.
- Funds will support business expansion, working capital, and general corporate needs.
- Produces whisky, vodka and rum under brands like Golfer’s Shot and White & Blue.
4. Aastha Spintex
- Planning a fresh issue of up to ₹160 crore via book building.
- Money will mainly fund the purchase of Falcon Yarns and other corporate purposes.
- Manufactures various cotton yarns used in denim, towels, shirts, sweaters and industrial fabrics.
5. Indo‑MIM
- Will raise ₹1,000 crore via fresh issue plus an offer for sale of 12.97 million shares.
- ₹720 crore of the fresh issue will be used to pay down debt; the rest for general purposes.
- Specialises in precision metal components made with metal‑injection‑moulding technology.
6. Kusumgar
- Approved for an offer‑for‑sale of ₹650 crore by promoters only—no fresh capital will come to the company.
- Produces synthetic fabrics for aerospace, defence, automotive and lifestyle sectors.
