One Point One Solutions' share price ticked up more than 2% on Tuesday after investors gave the green light to a large warrant issue that could bring in about ₹84 crore of fresh funds.

The stock climbed as high as 2.62% to ₹54.70 on the BSE, and was trading 0.77% higher at ₹53.71 on the NSE at midday.
What the shareholders approved
In a filing dated 12 January 2026, the company said its shareholders passed a special resolution to issue fully convertible warrants on a preferential basis. Out of 29.56 lakh valid votes, 29.55 lakh were in favour, only 900 voted against, and there were no invalid votes.

- Up to ₹1.5 crore worth of warrants will be issued at ₹56 each (including a ₹54 premium).
