American IT Company Expands Partnership with Google Cloud
An AI-powered technology services and consulting company has expanded its partnership with Google Cloud to enhance enterprise productivity and drive global digital transformation with Gemini Enterprise. The company has also announced a three-year strategic partnership with Microsoft to help enterprises transform into Frontier Firms—early leaders in AI adoption.
USFDA Inspections and Observations
The United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) has completed inspections at several companies, including a formulations facility in Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh, and an Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) manufacturing facility at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The inspections resulted in Form 483 observations, which are procedural in nature and do not relate to data integrity.

A bank has approved a proposal for the sale of Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) and written-off loans to an Asset Reconstruction Company (ARC), with a pool size of up to Rs 1,700 crore. The bank carries an overall provision of 94% on the above pool.

Ashoka–Aakshaya Joint Venture has received a Letter of Acceptance-cum-work order for a project worth Rs 1,041.44 crore from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC). The project involves the construction of a flyover connecting J J Bridge and Sitaram Selam Bridge (Y Bridge) at the J J Road and Saboo Siddik Polytechnic Road junction in E Ward.
Order Wins and Appointments
A company has secured new orders worth Rs 1,150 crore in the transmission & distribution and civil businesses. Another company has bagged additional orders worth Rs 776 crore since November 14, including indigenous counter unmanned aerial systems (SAKSHAM), software-defined radios, and anti-drone systems.
Investments and Penalities
A company has completed an additional investment of Rs 2,250 crore in its wholly owned subsidiary, Paytm Payments Services. The Income Tax Department has conducted search operations at the Refex Group and imposed a penalty of Rs 10 lakh on Anil Jain, Promoter, Chairman & Managing Director of the company, in connection with insider trading activities.
