This quarter is the first full period that reflects the impact of the GST reduction introduced by the government at the end of September 2025, as well as the boost from the festive buying season.
Recent Performance Snapshot
In the July‑September quarter, M&M posted an 18% year‑on‑year rise in net profit to ₹4,521 crore, driven by strong sales of SUVs and tractors and robust exports. Revenue grew 21% YoY to ₹35,080 crore, and EBITDA jumped 23% to ₹6,467 crore.
Its market share is the highest in both segments, with 25.7% in SUVs and 43% in tractors.
Share Price Outlook
Over the past three months the stock has risen modestly by about 2%, while it is up 18% year‑to‑date. Over longer horizons M&M has delivered gains of 122% (2‑year), 197% (3‑year) and 411% (5‑year). The share closed slightly higher at ₹3,637.60 on the BSE.
